I mix equal parts of the Respiratory tea with the Alkaline tea. This makes 24 oz of tea that I drink all day. It has helped me expel mucus out of my lungs better. I have COPD, and I fell this helps with my O2 levels too. Since starting the mixture 3 weeks ago my Trigger finger has greatly improved, and does not lock up any more. This has helped with my inflamation considerably. I will continue to purchacse these products.
