Hours of Operation
Our regular business hours are:
• Monday to Friday (excluding holidays): 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Order Processing and Shipping
At The Smooth Generation, we are dedicated to delivering your orders swiftly and efficiently.
• Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday. If Monday coincides with a holiday, your order will be dispatched on the subsequent Tuesday.
Shipping Times
We take pride in ensuring that your orders are processed promptly.
• All orders are typically processed within 1 to 7 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays), following order confirmation.
• During periods of high demand, we may extend shipping operations to include Saturdays.
• You will receive a shipping notification via email once your order has been dispatched. If you don’t receive this email, please check your spam folder.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
• Delivery Timeframes: Domestic orders usually arrive within 1 to 7 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, please allow for 10 to 15 business days.
• Shipping Charges: Calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination and items in your order.
• Free Shipping: Available on U.S. orders totaling $75 or more. Delivery time varies, typically 2 to 7 business days. Please note that free shipping applies only to the initial shipment. If a package is returned to us due to circumstances outside of our control—such as an incorrect address provided at checkout, the package being unclaimed, or failure to retrieve it after a delivery attempt—the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping.
• High-Value Orders: Orders exceeding $100 may require a signature upon delivery for security.
• Primary Carriers: We primarily use USPS and UPS for domestic shipping.
• Tracking: Customers are responsible for tracking their packages after they leave our facility. Tracking information is emailed upon shipment.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to various destinations.
• International customs regulations vary by country and may change without notice. Some countries have stricter import procedures for herbal products, supplements, or food-related items.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and responding promptly to any customs or carrier communication regarding their shipment. Failure to respond to customs clearance requests may result in delays, return to sender, additional fees, or package disposal depending on the destination country’s regulations.

• Canada: Orders can be placed directly with our distributor to avoid international shipping and customs fees.
• Restricted Countries: Restricted Countries: Due to restrictions on herbal products and dietary supplements, we are unable to ship to the following countries:

• Shipping Rates and Import Duties:
• Rates are calculated at checkout. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• If a package is returned to us due to address issues, failure to respond to customs or carrier requests, refusal of customs fees, unclaimed delivery attempts, or other circumstances outside of our control, shipping costs and any carrier return fees are non-refundable.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
• We do not issue refunds for shipping costs once packages are shipped.
• If a package is returned to us due to address issues, failure to respond to customs or carrier requests, refusal of customs fees, unclaimed delivery attempts, or other circumstances outside of our control, shipping costs and any carrier return fees are non-refundable.
• For international orders, all sales are final due to customs and safety regulations.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@thesmoothgeneration.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will address these cases individually within 48 hours.
Additional Notes
• Orders flagged for fraud checks may require additional verification, including a signature upon delivery.
• Shipping times may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.
• We do not offer refunds for delays caused by carriers or customs.
