I recently ordered my favorite Estro support tea from The Smooth Generation. It has a mild tea flavor, very gentle on the belly, but quite effective in keeping me regular. I was super happy to see they packed my tea full to the brim. (The tea is a premium price so I appreciate I got a good amount).

I did notice this time there was less red clover than usual. But that’s okay. I would recommend this tea to everybody. Also just want to say it gives me a similar effect to drinking okra water (if you know you know lol) awesome for the ladies and staying hydrated!
