There is a high level of mineral iron in Quassia. There are a number of uses for this plant, including managing eating disorders, indigestion, constipation, fever, and indigestion. Additionally, it can be used as a mouthwash, a tonic, and a purgative to rid the intestines of worms. It is possible to apply Quassia directly to the scalp as a lice remedy.
Steep for tea and combine it with other herbs. You can grind it into powder for capsules.
Suggested use: 1 teaspoon per 8oz cup of water
