Order Processing and Shipping

  • Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday. In the event that Monday coincides with a holiday, your order will be dispatched on the subsequent Tuesday.

Shipping Times

  • We take pride in ensuring that your orders are processed promptly. All orders are typically processed within 1 to 7 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays), following the confirmation of your order.

  • To keep you informed, you will receive a notification when your order is shipped.

  • If, for any reason, you do not receive an email confirmation after placing your order, kindly check your spam folder as emails may occasionally be redirected there.

  • During periods of high demand, we may also extend our shipping operations to include Saturdays to expedite order fulfillment.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates - United States

  • Shipping Timeframes: Domestic orders typically arrive within 1 to 7 BUSINESS days. During peak seasons or holidays, please allow for a shipping timeframe of 10 to 15 BUSINESS days.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be automatically calculated and clearly displayed at checkout. These charges depend on your shipping destination and the specific items in your order.

  • Free Shipping: For our valued customers within the United States, The Smooth Generation offers free standard shipping on orders totaling $75 or more. The standard delivery timeframe varies depending on your destination, typically ranging from 2 to 7 business days.

  • High-Value Orders: Orders exceeding $100 are considered high value and may require a signature upon delivery. This added security measure ensures the safe receipt of your valuable items.

  • Holiday Delays: Please be aware that delays in shipping may occur during holiday periods due to increased shipping volumes and carrier constraints.

  • Primary Carriers: Our primary carriers for domestic orders are the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). We entrust these reputable carriers to deliver your orders securely and on time.

  • Local Pick-ups: Regrettably, The Smooth Generation does not offer local pick-up services at this time. All orders are processed for delivery.

  • Same-Day Orders: Same-day orders are those placed before 2 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). If you place your order after 2 pm EST, it will be considered the next business day for processing.

  • Tracking Your Package: After your order ships from The Smooth Generation facility, it becomes your responsibility to track it. Detailed shipping information and tracking details are provided to customers via email when their order ships. If you haven't received an email confirmation, please check your spam folder, as occasionally emails may be routed there.

  • Bulk Orders: For bulk orders exceeding $100, The Smooth Generation may require a signature upon delivery. This added precaution ensures that your bulk order is received securely and in its entirety.

  • Shipping to P.O. Boxes: We understand the convenience of P.O. boxes. Therefore, The Smooth Generation happily ships to most P.O. boxes throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands using our trusted carrier, USPS.

International Shipping

Shipping Rates

  • Please note that taxes and duties are not calculated at checkout and depend on your destination and your country's customs agency.

Import Duties and Taxes

  • The Smooth Generation is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or other charges on orders shipped outside of the United States, nor will it cover or reimburse them.
  • Once a package has left the United States, we are not responsible for any delays or problems caused by customs, natural occurrences, or transfers from USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx to the local carrier in your country.


  • Our primary carriers for international orders are USPS and UPS.
  • International shipping rates are calculated by the carriers based on your location, and we cannot alter or manipulate these rates.

Free Shipping

  • We do not offer free shipping for international orders.

Returns and Exchanges

  • International orders cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.
  • We cannot accept returns on food products (herbs and teas included) that have been shipped to a customer due to health and safety regulations and sanitary reasons.
  • Once an item has shipped, it cannot be returned to us.

Shipping Times

  • International shipping times may vary and can take anywhere from 8 to 20 days, depending on the destination and customs inspection.
  • Please keep in mind that weather and natural disasters can alter these time frames.

Order Tracking

  • After your order has shipped from our facility, it becomes your responsibility to track it. Shipping details and tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships.
  • If you haven't received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name, email, and order number, and we will investigate the issue for you.

Damaged Items

  • In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a clear photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution (please allow up to 48 hours for a reply).
