Botanical Name: Rhamnus Purshiana (Bark)

Supports bowel regularity and alleviates constipation. Helps with hemorrhoids. Improves mental health, anxiety, and other nervous system disorders. Provides support for healthy digestion and liver function. Contains laxative properties. Contains anti-inflammatory properties and antimicrobial properties.

Not recommended for longer than 5 consecutive days.

Steep for tea and combine it with other herbs. You can grind it into powder for capsules.
