Wormwood is a plant related to Mugwort that has been used for constipation and indigestion. This bitter herb stimulates sweating in dry fevers and reduces stomach acidity. Also, it promotes menstruation, stimulates uterine circulation, and relieves cramps. The tea is an excellent remedy for gallbladder and liver problems, as well as the expulsion of roundworms and pinworms. Also, wormwood can stimulate hair growth in people who are bald. It is best to use wormwood in small quantities and for short periods of time.
Note: This plant has a strong odor and a bitter taste.
Steep for tea and combine it with other herbs. You can grind it into powder for capsules.
Suggested use: Steep 8 oz of water and add 1 teaspoon of Tea.
